Review : Excellent Value for the Price
I am a piano teacher, and have a baby grand in my home. I also own the Yamaha P35B Digital Piano, and like it so much that I strongly recommend it to students looking for a good value and on a budget. It's also very compact when compared to any actual piano, and so it's versatile as to where you can keep it and set it up if you're short on room. I can carry it under one arm, and it fits easily into my subcompact car, along with the stand.

I often am asked if a potential new student may start on a keyboard, and it's understandable that many folks would rather not make a major investment until they see if the student in the family is going to stick with it. The Yamaha P35B is the perfect choice, in my opinion; it's economical, it gives enough of a feel of a real piano to satisfy many people (let's face it... digital is here to stay), and the sound is excellent. As a piano teacher, I prefer fewer distractions (bells and whistles, blinking digital displays, a bazillion...
